We’ve had good news and bad news this year but despite everything we still move forward. I’m looking forward to closing out this year and ushering in a new year full of the good.
I know I always say that I am blessed, and I know that I sound like a broken record, but it is the only way I know to describe how I feel about my life this year. Just day to day living in the beautiful world the Lord has provided for us.
I really want to thank all that make our community a great place to live.
This year we have new businesses and others that continue to make Ferguson their home. The news that the brewery is closing and will be re-opened under Good News is “good news”.
There are a few people I want to make sure to thank that make this paper possible: Bob McGartland, Daniel Henderson, Mary Haux, Mike Noelker, and Phil Berwick keep me jumping through flaming hoops and pulling my hair out. But they also keep me honest and they are the best.
I want to make sure that our contributors are recognized for their continued dedication. We are blessed to have these folks that each month take the time to write articles that hopefully are of interest to you all. Thanks to Marion Linke, Kimberly Kabak Epperson, Dara Ashby, Raghib, Joan Cleaveland, Doug Neely, Teyuna Darris, Jess Coffin, Marsha Gebhart, Jerry Benner.
We, as a community, are truly “blessed”!
Merry Christmas – Papa Deau
